ORANGE CARAMEL

4 orange oil 
380 ml condensed milk 
8 g salt

 

CHOCOLATE CUSTARD

550 ml full cream milk 
120 ml thickened cream 
75 g golden caster sugar 
3 g salt 
150 g egg yolk 
10 g cornflour
70g
good quality dark chocolate 70%
