This Dark Couverture with 70.4% cocoa solids is made with the finest cocoa beans from Equador, natural vanilla and 100% pure cocoa butter. A dark chocolate with a very strong aroma, Ecuador gives impressions of angelica and liquorice. Also very spicy, the first taste impressions are vegetal and rich in spices. The mild, sweet taste of banana predominates in the finish, followed by a touch of freshness.

Flavour Profile: Typical Latin American character, fruity combined with notes of rum, whisky and tobacco.
