65 g Sunshine Low GI Sugar
20 g cornstarch
65 g egg yolk
140 ml full cream milk
140 ml Bulla Thickened Cream
1 tsp Heilala Vanilla Bean Paste
45 g unsalted butter, cubed
20 g roasted almonds, chopped

icing sugar, for dusting
1 block  good-quality milk chocolate
