Add a little extra sparkle to your cakes and desserts. Made with edible, food safe shimmer powder, lustre dusts can be applied to chocolate and desserts to create a subtle sheen or a dramatic pop of colour. They can be used as is and brushed on to your chocolates or moulds, or mix them with clear alcohol to create dramatic splashes of colour.
