Crunchy biscuit beads coated in 811 Dark Chocolate coverture, these Crispearls boast an intense chocolate taste with prominent notes of roasted cocoa. Add them as an exciting touch to your desserts or sprinkle atop of glazed cakes, the applications are endless. Cacao solids: min. 50.2% Flavour Profile: Tiny, shiny pearls in rich, dark chocolate with a crunchy toasted cereal centre. Applications: Sprinkle on drinks and desserts as decoration.
