Savour School is thrilled to announce a very special, new series of online classes – Sourdough with Alessandro Bartesaghi.

A Savour Patissier of the Year Best Dessert winner, it is a great pleasure to welcome back the wonderful Alessandro with us in the Savour kitchen, this time to share his extensive knowledge, expertise and passion in the art of Sourdough.

Alessandro’s first class, releasing on June 26th, will guide you through the process of creating a sourdough starter from scratch. The following week will be dedicated to turning that starter into your very own perfect loaf of Sourdough.

Each fortnight following, Alessandro will teach a brand new class so that by the end of the series, you will have an extensive knowledge and understanding of all things sourdough, PLUS some unbelievably delicious breads to eat as well!

Classes will be available EXCLUSIVELY at Savour Online Classes starting Monday, 26th June 2023.
