Made in France, the Matfer Bourgeat whisk ensures high quality, durability and performance. Pure stainless steel wires, are welded into a steel core and bonded to an Exoglass handle, designed to prevent warping. Exoglass is non-porous, waterproof, easy to sterilise, heat resistant up to 220°C and dishwasher safe.
