This Callebaut origin milk couverture is made with the finest cocoa beans from Arriba, natural vanilla and 100% pure cocoa butter. Arriba is a mild, buttery, milk chocolate smelling slightly of vanilla beans, with fleeting impressions of white chocolate.
Cocao Solids: 39%
Flavour Profile: Creamy, then quite velvety in texture, with fairly rich impressions of, among other things, yoghurt, nougat, vanilla and cream. The aftertaste is of fine vanilla with accents of almonds and hazelnuts.
Applications: Great for bars and tablets, yet can also be used in a wide variety of applications ranging from flavouring ganaches to mousses, cremeux or sauces.
