Combining Callebaut's 823 milk chocolate with a crispy heart of toasted biscuit, Milk Chocolate Crispearls are perfect for adding an exciting finish touch of texture and flavour to your desserts or pastries. Versatile in application, they’re also a wonderful crunchy addition to mousses, ice cream and bavarois.
