Digital Melting Tank – 3.5L

The Digital Melting Tank 3.5L is made of a heat-resistant plastic material with removable stainless steel bowl and lid, and a thermal probe for chocolate temperature control. The electronic board manages the internal resistance to optimise the achievement of the required result. The external probe detects the temperature of the chocolate to allow faster and more precise melting.

The front panel provides tempering tips, can be adjusted manually or follow the 3 different programs depending on the type of chocolate: white, milk or dark. The display indicators helps the operator to complete the tempering process and maintain the chocolate.
