La Vie En Rose is a rich vivid pink coloured cocoa butter from Chef Rubber's famous Artisan Collection.
Chef Rubber cocoa butters are specifically formulated to be true to their colours. Coloured cocoa butters can be used in a wide variety of applications. They can be airbrushed, painted onto chcolate moulds, chocolate or fondant. You can even mix the colours directly into white chocolate or make your own transfer sheets by applying tempered cocoa butters to acetate sheets.
Method of use: Open cap and place container in a hot water bath for 3 minutes. Shake well before use. For use with a spray gun, keep temperature between 30-33°C.
