Chef Rubber Artisan Cherry Blossom Pink Cocoa Butter 200g

Pre-coloured cocoa butter in a convenient 200g / 7oz container. Perfect for colouring chocolate.   Method of use: Open cap and place container in a hot water bath for 3 minutes. Shake well before use. For use with a spray gun, keep temperature between 30-33°C.   Chef Rubber Artisan cocoa butters are specially formulated to be true to their colours.
