Velvet Spray is used to create a smooth velvet look on your cakes, chocolate & pastries. Velvet spray is a cacao butter spray and is used for the decoration of ice-creams and mousse.  Handy Hint: Clean the nozzle with hot water or heat nozzle in microwave oven for a few seconds after using the product THIS ITEM CANNOT BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA DUE TO AEROSOL FLIGHT REGULATIONS  Ingredients: Cacoa Butter, colouring E120, E133, E153, E171.
