You get unlimited access to over 450 classes, with a new class added each week. Class topics include Chocolates & Pralines, Entremets, Petit Gateaux, Baked Cakes, Macarons, Desserts, Tarts and more. Each class contains a detailed video tutorial and a downloadable PDF recipe. There is no limit on the amount of times you can access the online class content during your paid subscription.
The great thing about Savour Online Classes is that it caters to all levels from absolute beginners to talented professionals. Each class has a difficulty indicator so that you’re able to easily identify how complex the recipe is. For newcomers, we recommend taking a look at our ‘Where to Start’ category which contains introductory videos and some great beginner recipes to help you embark on your chocolate and patisserie journey.
You can ask questions via the comments section under each online class recipe. These questions are regularly answered by Kirsten and the Savour Team. Once subscribed, you’ll also qualify to join the exclusive Savour Online Classes Facebook group which is a wonderful resource for asking questions about recipes and sharing your creations with the wider Savour community.
All classes are pre-recorded which means you can select any class and watch it any time, anywhere. You can also rewatch the class over and over, perfect for learning at your own pace.
There is a wide variety of recipes, some of which have specialty ingredients and equipment, while others that have very common ingredients. Where possible, Kirsten specifies alternative ways of making the products without the specialty equipment and we often list ingredients which can be substituted. The recipe PDFs also contain links to our website to help you find equipment or ingredients which Savour retail store stock.
All the online classes are in English. There is automatically generated English closed captioning on some videos, mainly classes which were released from mid-2022 onwards.
Savour Online Classes is a subscription-based platform where you can view and download recipes at your own leisure. As the platform is not a structured course with a set curriculum or assessments, we do not offer certificates.
To swap from a monthly to a yearly subscription, you’ll need to cancel your current subscription. You’ll retain access to the online class content for the remaining paid days. When you lose access, simply resubscribe to a yearly subscription.

Even if you apply a gift voucher to your Online Classes purchase and the total owing is $0, you will still be prompted to enter your credit card details. Rest assured, the system will not charge you for the first year, but the Online Classes are a subscription platform which means the system requires a payment method to auto-renew. If you do not wish for a renewal to occur, simply cancel the subscription prior to the renewal date.
