TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.

Competition Period:

The competition commences at 8:00 am AEST on 30/07/2024 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 13/08/2024

Eligibility to Enter:

Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are at least 18 years of age or older.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive the prize that may be awarded to you.

Entry:

To enter, make a retail purchase with a minimum value of $100, either in-store or online, and apply the code ‘FREECLASS’ at checkout.

For every $100 you spend you will gain one entry (for example if you spend $1400 you will get 14 entries)

For in-store purchases mention to a member of staff that you would like to opt-in to the free class giveaway.

The Prize:

• Hands-on class experience at Savour (Valued at $385), with your choice of upcoming classes
• Return flights (economy-class) from the capital city in your state/territory to Melbourne. If the winner is from New Zealand, they will be flown from Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch airports
• One night’s accommodation at The Larwill Studio Parkville, Melbourne
• Transfers to and from Melbourne airport

Estimated total prize value of approximately $1500 AUD

Prize Draw:

The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received during the competition period.

Winner Announcement:

The winner will be drawn at random and notified via email and phone on 14/08/2024. The winner will also be announced in our weekly newsletter and social media.

Savour School will make two attempts to contact the winner via email and phone. If the winner does not respond to the emails and phone calls informing them of their win within 48 hours they forfeit their right to the prize, and Savour School reserves the right to redraw and notify a new winner.

The winner will have the opportunity to select an upcoming class to attend. It is required that they make their class selection and inform Savour within 48 hours of receiving the prize.

Prize Conditions:

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash alternatives.

If the winner resides within Melbourne/Victoria, they forfeit the flight and airport transfers component of the prize and no cash compensation will be given, accommodation will still be provided.

Accommodation is at The Larwill Studio Melbourne located at 48 Flemington Road, 3052 Parkville, in the Larwill King room. Inclusive of room only.

Accommodation is subject to change, due to availability. In the case of unavailability at the Larwill, accommodation will be arranged at an equivalent value hotel.

Savour School’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
