1. Print 12 moustache templates onto a piece of paper, then place a sheet of baking paper on top. Position a 100mm lollipop stick on top of each moustache.
2. Temper the chocolate by placing it into a saucepan over an induction cooktop on setting 4. Stir continuously until you have 50% solids and 50% liquid. Transfer the chocolate into a heat-proof plastic bowl and stir vigorously until the solids have completely melted.
3. Transfer the tempered chocolate into a piping bag or ziplock bag.
4. Use the printed template as a guide as you pipe the chocolate lollipops.
5. Allow to set at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Note: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 month.
