Ravifruit puree is made using natural fruit without any added flavour, colour or preservative. It simply consists of the best ripened fruit sourced from around the world. This ensures a consistent flavour available all year round. Perfect for flavouring buttercream, ganache, mousse, curds, gels and more. 


Ravifruit Ground Lemon consists of 70% lemon pulp and 30% sugar. Lemons are macerated together with lemon peel, and slightly sweetend to balance acidity and lemon oils.   Store the product at a temperature of -18°C use within 2 years from the date of production.
After defrosting, keep chilled and use within 5 days.
