Directions of use: Spread melted chocolate onto the sheet and as it sets cut shapes with a knife or set in a full sheet and break into pieces once set. Set the chocolate on the structure sheet before peeling the structure sheet away. Metallic powder can be added to the surface of the structure sheet before applying chocolate to add some colour and more gloss. Structure sheets can be re-used multiple times.
