Sosa Cream of Tartar helps stabilise and give more volume to beaten egg whites (1/8 tsp of Cream of Tartar per 30g egg white). An essential ingredient to have in your cupboard or pantry, it’s ideal when making meringues and macarons. Sosa Home Chef Cream of Tartar can also be used in a variety of cakes, including chiffon cake, to leaven pastries as well as the making of syrups.

Ingredients: Acidity regulator: monopotassium tartarate (E336i)
