RaviFruit is made up of 90% fruit pulp and 10% sugar using a natural recipe without any added flavour, colour or preservatives. Fruit is harvested when fully ripe, according to strict criteria, ensuring all Ravifruit is of consistent high quality and flavour. Perfect for flavouring buttercream, ganache, mousse, curds, gels and more.

This flavour consists of a base of pineapple, mandarin and passionfruit, married perfectly with freshly harvested lemon verbena which provisdes its rich fragrance and unique flavour.

Store the product at a temperature of -18°C use within 2 years from the date of production.
After defrosting, keep chilled and use within 5 days.
