Fruit is harvested when fully ripe, according to strict criteria, ensuring all Ravifruit is of consistent high quality and flavour. Perfect for flavouring buttercream, ganache, mousse, curds, gels and more.  Ravifruit does not pasteurise its pear puree so the naturally sweet juiciness and authentic pear aroma is completely preserved.

Store the product at a temperature of -18°C use within 2 years from the date of production.
After defrosting, keep chilled and use within 5 days.
