Mirror glaze is a clear, ready to use cold set glaze. It is also freeze stable. This cold glaze gives an excellent and long lasting shine and protection to fine patisserie and bakery products. High quality cold mirror glaze can be used for manual applications and spraying machines. This is one of the standard products used at Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School.
