The T-Plus Marguerite cutter has been conceived to cut and bake puff pastry, leavened dough and shortcrust pastry directly in the mould. Marguerite guarantees perfect baking up to 180°C thanks to T-Plus innovative material.
Marguerite is composed of 2 cutters which combined together provide an extraordinary tridimensional effect and a unique design. It is recommended to spread the dough at 2,5 mm thickness and to use it at -5°C.
The rings are non-stick and stainless, they allow an homogenous baking and they are characterized by a high thermal stability.
