Callebaut origin dark couverture is made of the finest beans from Madagascar, natural vanilla and 100% cocoa butter. With a powerful taste and great deal of body, Madagascar dark courveture illustrates a varied flavour profile featuring hints of blueberry, liquorice, and roasted coffee beans. The finish is spicy with impressions of ginseng and black fruit. Pair it with nutmeg, rhubarb or cardamom to accentuate it’s true flavour.
