Aluminium is a great conductor or heat and its flat surface makes a perfect base for spreading chocolate, sponges and piping macarons.  Our trays are specially fabricated to fit  Demarle® Silpat baking mats. Dimensions:  540mm x 320mm Please note: Due to the manufacturing process and the nature of the material, aluminium trays may come with some minor scratches that will not affect the functionality of the product.
