hands-on classes ARE BACK

We are excited to announce that Savour Hand-On Classes are back! After two years away from the Savour kitchen, we cannot wait to welcome you back, so book now to secure your spot. Please note that all booked out classes have been removed from the below list.

Bookings must be made over the phone during Savour business hours. Contact us on 03 9380 9777 with your card ready for payment.


  • All the essentials are provided on the day including lunch, tools, ingredients and an apron.
  • Closed-toe shoes are required.
  • Credit notes available if you cancel more than 10 days prior to your class.
  • A credit note may be issued within 10 days with proof of testing positive to COVID.
  • Any changes in your booking will incur a $40 admin fee.
  • Refunds are not available.

June 15th : 8am – 3pm


Learn the art of French macarons under our expert tuition.
There are many tips and secrets to creating these classic French morsels. Learn the different base meringue recipes for the macaron, how to identify faults and how to perfect your piping. You will leave with confidence to recreate our carefully curated recipes for filled macarons. We will package what you create for you to take home.



June 21st : 8am – 3pm


Learn simple tips and techniques to create the perfect tart, including Kirsten’s ultimate pastry recipe. Master lining a tart shell and experience a multitude of fillings. We will package what you create for you to take home.



July 13th: 7:30am – 3:30pm


Perfect mousses, jellies, creams and the ultimate glaze in this 1-day hands-on class.
Learn about creating the perfect texture, harmonising flavours and garnishing with flair.
You will make, finish and decorate 2 cakes to impress friends and family.
We will package what you create for you to take home.



October 4th: 7:30am – 3:30pm


Perfect individual mousse cakes, filled with jellies, creams, cake.
Learn about creating texture, harmonising flavours and finishing with flair.
You will make, finish and decorate 2 different petit gateaux, making multiples of each.
We will package what you create for you to take home.



October 11th: 7:30 am – 2:30 pm


Indulge in the art of chocolate making in this 1-day hands-on class.
Master tempering, moulding, enrobing and an exceptional array of fillings. We will package what you create for you to take home.



October 12th & 13th (2-day course): 7:30 am – 2:30 pm


Take your individual chocolates to the next level with our 2-day hands-on class. This class includes laminated fillings, sprayed coloured cocoa butter and advanced finishes and fillings.
Prior to booking this class, ensure that you have either completed Savour’s level 1 Chocolates & Pralines class or have experience in tempering, moulding, and enrobing. We will package what you create for you to take home.
