We cannot believe that Savour is 18 years old!

Back in 2002, Kirsten identified a lack of specialised chocolate patisserie training in Australia and launched Savour – the first school of its kind in the whole Asia Pacific Region! With state-of-the-art facilities, Savour became a go-to for hands-on classes for beginners through to professionals, inviting some of the best chefs from across the globe to share their recipes and techniques with our students.

Always looking for more ways to educate and inspire fellow lovers of chocolate and patisserie, Savour soon launched a retail store – stocking specialised equipment and ingredients – which now ships to customers worldwide!

If you know Kirsten, you know that her biggest passion (besides chocolate, of course!) is sharing what she creates. She developed the Savour Online Classes platform in 2013 to provide accessible and easy-to-follow video tutorials  and recipes to anyone, anywhere! Savour Online Classes has now become a community of like-minded individuals who love to create while supporting each other along the way!
